Revival Realm was born from one person's real-life journey through pain, loss, and rediscovery. After a serious car accident in 2022 left me sidelined from the basketball court I loved, I faced not just physical injuries but deep mental and emotional battles: ADD, anxiety, childhood trauma, bullying, and the heavy weight of grief. In those dark moments, I rediscovered what truly brings people back to life: connection, adventure, movement, and the courage to test our limits again.

What started as late-night conversations helping friends heal and reclaim their spark quickly grew into something bigger. I realized the same fire that once lit up the court lives in athletes of every level, weekend warriors, adventure seekers who chase sunrises in the woods, thrill-lovers who explore haunted trails, and gamers who lose themselves in epic quests. That competitive spirit, the thrill of the game, the joy of deep storytelling and shared experiences — it never goes away. It just needs a place to land.

In 2026, Revival Realm was officially born in Connecticut as an online sanctuary for everyone. No matter your gender, background, skill level, or story, this is your realm. Here, we blend mindset coaching, resilience workshops, immersive experiences, and heartfelt guidance to help you rebound stronger, reignite your passion, and step into the next chapter of your personal odyssey.

I didn't always know exactly where I was headed. But I always knew I was meant to help people.

Growing up, I had more questions than answers: about who I was, what I was capable of, and whether I had what it took to build a life I could be proud of. I was a five-sport athlete, fiercely competitive, full of fire, but without much direction to channel it. Some of that direction came from an unexpected place — Boy Scouts, Troop 101 in South Salem, NY. I hated it at first. But looking back, it gave me some of the most important things I carry today: teamwork, discipline, self-reliance, respect, and resilience. The Scout motto is "Be Prepared." I've lived by a version of that ever since. It eventually became something I believe deeply: Preparation gives peace of mind. The discipline I needed came later, forged through real life, real struggle, and a lot of hard lessons.

Over the past 15+ years I built a career in behavioral health and human services. I worked directly with some of the most vulnerable individuals and families, leading teams, managing programs, and showing up every single day for people who needed someone in their corner. That work shaped me. It sharpened my empathy, deepened my patience, thickened my skin, and taught me that real progress, the kind that sticks, happens when someone finally feels seen and supported without judgment.

But somewhere along the way I realized the people I most wanted to reach weren't always in a clinical setting. They were athletes who lost their identity after competition ended. People recovering from setbacks, financial, personal, and physical, who still had everything inside them but couldn't find the spark. Gamers and adventurers wired for intensity but searching for purpose. People like the version of me that needed someone to believe in them before they could believe in themselves.

That's why I built Revival Realm.

This isn't coaching built from a textbook. It's built from the trenches. From knowing what it feels like to doubt yourself, to carry weight no one else can see, to want better for your family so badly it keeps you up at night. And from knowing, on the other side of all of that, what it takes to get your momentum back.

You don't need someone to fix you. You need someone who's been in it, who gets it, and who knows how to help you find your way through it. That's what I'm here for.

No. Revival Realm is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is forward-focused, action-oriented, and goal-driven. It is not a clinical mental health service and does not treat diagnoses. If you need licensed therapy or psychiatric care, I'll be the first to point you in the right direction. What I offer is real, experienced coaching from someone who has spent 15+ years inside behavioral health systems. That lived expertise is different, and for many people it's exactly what they need.
